Implementing IM Smart for Product and Territory management

Challenge

Users had to be directed as quickly as possible to the right data conclusions. Insights had to be based on a combination of external market data (IMS), sales data (ERP) and objectives (Excel) for a complete overview and precise identification of threats.

Drill-down filtering functionalities have been implemented throughout the entire dashboard platform in all kind of ways. Time and brand selections can be made on the left hand side for instant focus. Maps and other visualizations are used to zoom into the data and guide the user towards the most critical focus points. The dashboard story obligates the user to look at the data differently and from various perspectives which results in effective data discovery.
