This application is the personal assistant of any sales representative. All available dashboards are compiled into one app format. As such, the rep has all necessary information near at hand to quickly prepare for his client visits. Each dashboard puts a different emphasis and shows a different perspective on the sales goals. The screens help the user to act as efficiently and effectively as possible based on the visualized data.

Challenge

Integrating more than ten data sources from wholesalers across Belgium and the Netherlands. As the tool is being used to support client visits, dashboard visualizations had to be as attractive and professional as possible.

Everything starts with a clear visualization of the rep’s sales vs target status. The goal of the other dashboards is to increase the level of detail into a set of four pre-defined aspects to boost performance. This by providing instant answers on all ‘when’, ‘why’, ‘where’ and ‘how’ questions. Insight can be related to product, account or employee information, all related to the quest.
